Immigration Site

My situation is that I have to find a joint sponsor. I found one but I have some questions:
1) My joint sponsor is married but has filed his taxes separately. Is it going to be a problem?
2) What else should I mail except the I-864A form?

If somebody can help it would be really appreciated.
