GreenCard HOLDER with a daughter outside USA
Hi Im a Greencard Holder. Im outside USA right now. SIngle Perent.. I have a daughter and no one will look after her.
My grandmother whos looking after her had a stroke and was petitioned by my uncle... Now no one will be left for my daughter.... I have to go back to USA before JUNE...
Is it possible that i could bring her to USA?

Even if you were petitioned as single child, your child could have been included. Take all of the paperwork to an attorney to sort it out. How could you allow someone else to raise your child for the last 7 years? There is something very odd here.
By the way, bringing your grandmother to the US with her in fragile health is a big issue. Someone needs to rethink this.
