i 130 for spouse is outside of normel processing time!
Hey guys, I filled my application on jul 06 2010, and today is dec 29 2010 it’s been 6 months, but i didnt get approval of i 130 for my wife yet. Priority date of my case is july 8 2010, so my case is now out of normal USCIS I 130 processing time. i called USCIS office many times but at last they said they will put request and I will get respond from them within 30 days. I dont know what is going on? Please help me !!! What is next going to happen now?

Its is true, call uscis and ask them to open up a service request. You will hear from them in 30 days. dont worry. good luck

Are you a USC or LPR?
i did call and they open a service requst on dec 20. its been 12 day but nothing yet!! i am USC.. thanks for helping me out...
