I searched the USCIS website but unable to find I-130 upgrade form. Could someone please direct me for the right procedure of how to update or upgrade the I-130 petition. you have to call the uscis at 1800-375-5283 to update your status from GC holder to citizen. then theyll take it from there, Just have your receipt # at hand and related info
