I, my husband and son (finally) got our green cards through family (my sister). My daughter was in the application, but could not get it as she turned 21 when the GC was approved.
I have applied for my daughters green card.
Although we got our green cards, Me and my husband decided to live in India. Our son has moved to US.
I am "visiting" US every year or so on RENTRY PERMIT to keep my GC. My husband is thinking of surrendering his green card.
Will any of this impact my daughters case?
Regards,

You are violating the regulations by LIVING IN INDIA. To sponsor, you need to move to the US as you will be discovered and have your GC revoked. It is simply a matter of time.
Since you have announced on a public forum that you are knowingly violating US laws, I - and I hope others feel the same - will not assist you.
Dont you see the contradiction below yourself? Family sponsorship exists so that US citizens and GC holders can unite with their family members in the US. If you are not living in the US, how can you unite with your daughter in the US? You both are already together in India.

I was forced to go to India to be with my family for m Sons education and I have re-entry permit as well. I am not sure how I am violating US laws. We, as a family have not decided where to move, so I am seeking flexibility. I would like to qualify "living in india" as "living in India with REENTRY PERMIT".
