Immigration Site

Hi,

I filled in the form for my parents, but when answering the question "have you ever been inspected by an immigration office", I misunderstood it and said "no". They entered USA legally every time through the customs, but I thought the question is meant for something else. Can anybody help me how to fix this in the interview? Is it possible that their applications will be rejected due to that? Should I pay a lawyer to go with us for the interview?

Which form are you referring to? Who is sponsoring them, you or another relative?

I am a citizen sponsoring the GC for my parents.
As to the question "Have you ever been inspected by an immigration officer", if you answered no, that means you entered USA illegally.
When I filled in the form, I didnt get the question. I thought officers at the customs do not belong to immigration officers.
My parents have been to USA several times with B2 visitor visa.
