Which visitor medical insurance is good for visiting parents ?
They are planing to stay here for 6 months.

I did few web comparisons and no insurance is providing coverage for pre-existing conditions.

no insurance is going to cover a pre-existing condition.IMGs Protection America is good....I had taken that for my mother...she had an accident and they covered everythin as per the benefit plan...

U can also try Tata AIG...from India...

Are there any better options for parents if they become LPR through family based category ?

You can apply for medicaid.
