Missing mother’s name on petitioner birth cert.

I’m ready to file I-130 for my parents. My birth certificate doesn’t have my name and my mother’s name on it. It has my DOB, place and my father name on it. I submitted the same birth certificate when I applied GC 8 years ago along with notarized affidavit from my both parents certifying my birth.

Can I resubmit same affidavits along with their I-130 petition? I still have originals with me.

From State Department (DOS) websites Reciprocity Table for India:>>
In cases where birth certificates from the authorities are unavailable or contain insufficient information regarding the birth or the parents, a sworn affidavit executed by either the parents, if living, or other close relatives older than the applicant, may be submitted. It should set forth the relationship between the deponent and the applicant, how well the deponent knows the applicant, date and place of the applicants birth, the names of both parents, and any other related facts.

Yes AND explain that it was previously submitted and accepted and refer to the A-file where they can find the prior submission. They will want to compare the documents. As long as they match, it should be OK.
