On her I-765 i put down where she worked even though she was paid cash. But I met her at her work and figured it would be best to list that since explaining how we met.
Please let me know how all this looks.I have been reading for a month now and putting this together and would love to send tomorrow.

I just caught and fixed the check amount on the I-485.
Also all the photos would be 2 correct? so 2 for me and 6 for her?

Without seeing the evidence, the only things I would look for as any immigration officer might is the prior marriages and income amounts.

Were either your or your spouses prior marriages used for immigration purposes? Did you immigrate your prior spouse and was her prior spouse a USC or LPR and if so, did they try to file immigration cases that fell through?

Are income amounts sufficient and do you have additional household members or dependents that do not live with you but for whom you have a financial obligation (alimony and child support)?

I pay child support for 1 child. My current wife has no children. Annual salary is close to 70 k year. Shouldnt be a problem there.

My first marriage was with a usc for 17 years.
Current wife was married to salvadroen who she came here with in 2007 and their divorce finlalized here in states in aug 2010
Only thing they ever done with immigration was get their b2 tourist visa.

Thanks to all on this forum.Getting close to send and want to triple check everything and hopefully will not have any mistakes
