Hello,
The January Visa Bulletin (http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulleti...etin_5212.html).
shows that the F2A category priority date has retrogressed to January 2008. It was August 2010 in the December Visa Bulletin.
The cut-off dates for India (http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Cut-...dia_online.pdf) still show a priority date of June 2010 for FY2011.

I have a priority date of Nov.29, 2010 - which priority date should I be looking at.

Im sure it is old news. But your response does not answer my question, which is how does it affect my application with a priority date of Nov.29, 2010. Which of the two priority dates are valid for my application ?

What I dont understand is:
Dec.2010 Visa Bulletin has a priority date of Aug2010. Wouldnt that mean that all applications until Aug2010 have been processed ?
If that is the case - how can this be retrogressed to Jan2008.
