Petition Filed for Daughter and Grand Son Born Later

Hi Gurus,

I need your help..

I filed GC for my married daughter in 2007 (as I became USC in 2007). Then in 2009 (after 2 and half year) she gave birth to baby boy.
My question are:
(1) Do i need to update original petition for grandson?
(2) If yes, Is there any form available so i can filled and send to USCIS?

Please advise me

Thanks,
Meek

The visa category (FB-3), married son or daughter of a USC, extends visas to spouse and any unmarried child(ren) under 21 when the visas become available when the priority date is current.

No seperate form or fee is required. The petition is still stored at NVC and you CAN submit the childs birth certificate and add it to the visa file now rather than later, just to get it out of the way. Dont rely on my reply, check it out for yourself:
