My wife is in India and had never travelled to US. Her I130 is approved and she is waiting to get her immigrant visa number to get GC on Family based GC - 4 th category.

Can she apply for any GC/ visa for me so that i can travel to US and work there. She is still waiting to get her GC.

Cant you immigrate along with your spouse. if she is to immigrate and apply for you, her being an LPR- you may be looking at 2-3years for your priority date to be current, get allotted a visa number and then migrate as there is a cap/quota on LPR spouse visas on an annual basis.

I strongly believe you can immigrate with your wife even if the original petition by her sibling 7-10 years ago would have declared that she is a single and unmarried. the category is different for LPR s children as their petitions no longer hold good when they marry.
