concurrent filling for parents, question for part 2 of I485 form

I am US citizen and I am applying GC for my parents who are on B2 visa and in USA now. my understanding is I can file both I130 and I485. Can anyone help me which box to choose for part 2 of I485?

From choices a to h, I dont see any of them fits.
