my mother applied for me & my brothers immigration to USA on 2007.My brother(DOB-10th feb1986) got his first letter on 5th Feb2008 as F2A Applicant and 2nd letter on 26th March2010. I (DOB-4th Aug1982)got my only letter on 4th Feb2008 as F2B Applicant till now. From website i found that for F2A, it is now going with 1st June2010!!Then why my brother is not informed?How can i be informed about my F2B?
Our priority date was 07 May2007 & we are from BANGLADESH.

Our priority date was 07 May2007 & we are from BANGLADESH. In March, F2A was current for him, IF the process was/is well underway, the retrogression should not negatively effect him IF the visa was already allocated to him at that time.

In March, F2B was not current and has NOT retrogressed further at this point, your category has continued to ADVANCE. You have not been negatively effected by the retrogression and are continuing to move forward. Your category has always had a longer wait time and that has not changed.

Can you explain about RETROGRESSION...?? They advanced the priority dates because there were not enough people applying for Visas and Adjustment of Status. Then there was a surge of too many applicants. They had to back things up for a while in order to catch up with the backlog created by the surge.
