Renewing old case after 5 years
All unmarried kids were able to migrate under catogory (?). However one married kid was not as the status was changed. Immigration Office asked for proof of citizenship to continue for a married child. We didnt have any as it was based on green card. -- so she stayed behind.
Now I am citizen. Should I call back the immigration office and ask to renew the 5 year old case? or should I file new will all the fee etc?

You need to file a new I-130. The old one died when the child got married.
