thanks You must be a US citizen age 21 or over to file for them. You file an I-130 for each of them. Mom and dads together and sister is seperate. Parents are immediate relatives and get a visa faster. Sister is 4th preference and will take a decade to get a visa. Start with that, it will take a few months just for the I-130s to be processed for parents. The sisters petition may just get stuck on a shelf and ignored for a bit longer.
