Need help
Anybody have an advise of my case ill be more than thankfull.
Ill have my interview for GC (F2b ) next month and hopefully will get my visa in order to travel by the end of march and ive a fiance and hope to get marry and she could travel with me.
My questions are :
1- When could i marry her ( I heared that I can marry her after getting my visa although im still in my country).
2- will it be more faster to get her a visit visa before marriage and go to us and marry there and she could extend her stay somehow?
3- Or i travel and come back after a period of time and get marry and file for i-130 for her and she waits in my country till it becomes current ?
I dont know what to do???? but I want her to be with me in the fastesr way .
