Biometics not submitted to FBI- Please help!!!
Got the number for the FBI Biometric hotline found that the ASC office had not submitted the fingerprints to them. That could probably be the cause why I havent received my interview letter yet. I did my biometrics on the 18th of October. The customer rep who was very nice told me to contact the person who did the biometrics and tell them to send it in. Now I dont know what to do cause I am using a lawyer and she let us sign a contract saying that we should not contact USCIS unless its through her. What do I do?
By the way you can check your FBI FP clearance by calling 304- 625-5590. I know some people may be scared but its just like calling USCIS and to me the staff are much nicer and helpful

So ASC office can also cause a hold-up? Like waiting game from USCIS is not enough.
