Need Information for I130
i am usa citizen. i need to apply for my husband I130. now i am in india.
i need to know how long i need to stay in india after tht i can apply for him.
plz someone can help me.
Once you have been in India for 6 months, you can file an I-130 at the consulate nearest you OR if you have an address in the U.S. you may file immediately with USCIS at the Chicago Lockbox. Do you have a U.S. address? If not, carefully read the I-864 instructions, especially page 6.
