Proof of Domicile when work/live aboard?
Hi guys, a little help here...
We are working on my husbands CR1, and since Ive been lived and worked in China for the past two year and so, how can I get proof of my US domicile as its required in I864.
BTW. Im a US citizen and I already closed my back account/credit card in US since I abosolute had nothing going on in US financially and dont want any extra charge for the past couple years.
I filed tax every year and maitain my non-driver state photo ID card.
no housing and my mailing address is at my dads place since I lived with him before I left for China.
Well...foto ID and tax were really the only two things I can think of at this moment.
Also my dad wrote a statement which mentioned we are more than welcomed to live with him once we move back.
would this be enough or u guys have better ideas?

Note on Where to File: Give the completed affidavit of support with all required documentation to the sponsored immigrant to file with either:
****a Consular Officer with a completed Form OF-230, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration, or
****an Immigration Officer with a completed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
