I should apologize for my poor English. Hope I will be able to express myself clear. If not, you are welcome to ask questions.

I would like to take care of my Mom. She is not in the good health state. I am afraid even the oversees flight just to visit me might be a quite big stress for her. So, I decided to bring my Mom here.

I was married to American citizen who eventially divorced from me on his initiation. He found another woman. It was three years ago.

Based on the instruction to I-130 it looks like I need either wait two more years (five years after the divorce) or prove that my marriage was not based on the purpose of gaining the citizenship.

Guess in both cases the immigration officer would not be so pleasant and therefore even in two years I still need to have proof of that the marriage was for good even so it ended it divorce.

Therefore I decided to start the process as early as possible.

Would appreciate if you let me know what kind of proof immigration office would be looking for?

My ex filed for divorce.
I would appreciate if you would post something relating the question. As I explained in my first post the reason to bring my Mom is because of her health condition. There is no one else except me who can take care. She is not getting younger or healthier with the time passing by.
