Filed I130 unmarried, got married then divorced ?
My father applied for my green card about 4 years ago, I was over 21 and un married. He is a resident not a citizen. Since then I am getting divorced. Does this change my status or does it stay the same ? Should I tell them I got married / divorced this year ?

For immigration purposes status as divorced is considered single and you should be able to retain your original PD on your I-130.
