A lot of Lawyers (Specially in Large Metropolitan areas such as Newyork, Newjersey) are investigated for Fraud and they dont even know about it, there are lot of innocent clients that have suffered in the past because of these attorneys as thier cases are also looked under a microscope for using these attorneys.
In a lot of ways if there is a clear case not really requiring a attorney its always good to file yourself because of this scenario.
