My I130 for F4 category approved and transferredt to National Visa Center

My I130 for F4 category was approved in March, 2009 and transferred to NVC. How long does NVC take to process the case?

Once an F4 I-130 is approved, there is no activity until the time when the priority date is around 12 months from becoming current.
