Ok, I am getting very frustrated
Hi all i need some help here on what to do.
I am PR, I applied to sponsor my wife since Sept 08. since then we got a new baby, i send letter notifying USCIS of the birth of our daughter and sent copy of her passport and some info. Anyways i checked the processing date for I130 and my application is beyond. I called the call center back in June 10 trying to find out whats going on with my application. got an email from USCIS saying there say " You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter". Ok passss 60 days i called again in Aug 10 requesting a service update. this time got a letter saying the same thing " You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter". Well 60 days was Oct 8th. Today is Nov 15th no info received yet. God these people r something else. if they just write me let me know whats going on i can feel better. I was watching a speech from President Obama about immigration, saying how husband and wife application r taking too long and have to live a part so long period. Man i felt good that day. it was prob in july i think. Looks like nothing has changed.
what can i do. I am thinking about filing a complaint, but to whom and does it matter. its 1 gov. My complaint wont make a difference.
please some1 can tell me why is this and what can i do. I had to put my whole life on hold, just to spend time with my family. I feel so bad inside to leave my little girl to grow up with me around. I am spending all my savings, waiting for the uscis to process our application.
The I-130 is still pending? Or was it approved and now the delay is with the NVC or consulate?
its still pending. checking on uscis webs site. it says " Initial Review " thanks
