What could happen if USCIS IO finds out fraud in marriage based case ??
What are the consequences if IO at the interview suspect fraud in a marriage base case? Also how often one could be visited by USCIS officers at your home in order to varify your legitimicy of the marriage?

Personally I havent heard of USCIS coming after folks who are suspected of a non bonafide marriage. I am sure the couple would never agree and USCIS would have a hard time to prove it. USCIS may not have the time and resources of going after everyone who havent really committed a crime and they think they have.
