over 21 parents will get Green card soon!
Hi, I will be so thankful if you answer me quickly.
I am 23 years old and not married. my parents will get green card soon since they have an interview in 40 days(they are selected in DV2011). the big question is what happen to me. we used to live together and we dont have any relatives here.
1-Is there a way that I could go with them? any visa temporary or not?
2-when should I ask for visa? should they ask for my visa in their interview?
You were already 21 before FY2011 started, so you cant go with them. When they go to the US youll be on your own. After theyre in the US and get their green cards, one or both of them can sponsor you, but youll be around 30 by the time your GC process is completed.
