May a GC holder live outside the US for more than a year? Help!!
I want to know whether a Green Card holder may live outside the US for more than a year. Or if he needs to do that, what procedure to follow. Any prior permission needs?
So far i know, stay over 6 months of duration are not counted in the Naturilization process of a GC holder.
Can anyone help me?
