Hi, I just got a text from immigration saying petition for I-130 has been transferred to from california to Texas. Does this mean anything? and Will I go to starting the waiting period again (5 months). Initial petition filed in July 2010

doesnt mean anything. No, the waiting doesnt start all over again.
