September filer and STILL WAITING-Not cool
I filed my I -751 on 9/12, The Check was cashed a few days after that and ive received my Notification.
On 9/14 i received my receipt notice I-797C. In the letter it stated that i would receive another appointment for Biometrics. Notice has NOT come as yet!
Ive been reading online and see that many have filed after my date and have already received the Biometrics Notification letter.
Is there anyone else out there in the same situation?
I waited 3 months just to get FP notice, just hope yours is not that long
I hope not! Not much i can do if thats the case!
