So I had filed the I-130 for my mom(Im 21), and my petition was approved, however, before we can proceed, they require proof that she came here legally. The thing is.. my mom lost her temporary visa(she got it about 20years ago). Im not sure if she still has her I-94 forms. If she has this form, would this be all we need?
Also, if she DOES NOT have this form, how can we obtain a replacement?
Please let me know. Thank you to anybody who can help.
You can apply to get a duplicate I-94, her old passport with a US entry stamp will greatly help as it will have a date and info about POE.
She came as a visitor 20 years ago and over-stayed? If that is the case, all you need is that I-94. Hopefully she still has it.

Also, if she DOES NOT have this form, how can we obtain a replacement? File I-102 to get a replacement I-94. But shell need to provide certain information, like the visa number (preferably a copy of the visa) and/or passport number, place and approximate date of entry (month/year) for them to process the I-102.
How to replace/obtain proof that my mom came LEGALLY
