EB3 ftj to F2A
Hello everyone
Im a green card holder and filed for a following to join for my husband under EB3 and just waiting for the PD to become current. I have read updates and articles about an option for filing for F2A.
My question is, if I do file for an F2A, will it cancel out the pending EB3 following to join? or does USCIS allow for them to be concurrent?
Theyre totally separate processes.
