Question on possible consequences of my sponsor on I-864
What consequences does the sponsor face if the immigrant gets accused of a sham marriage?
Im not saying my marriage is not real, but as for my sponsor, I figure this is something that might want to know (although we trust each other very much) and I want to be able to give them an answer.
If the I-485 never gets approved, the I-864 is not enforced.
