Usefulness of USCIS phone line?
Hi guys,
You know about my case and now its been almost 7 months that my cases been there... done my biometrics over a month ago... and my lawyer says I cant speed up any process and he cant do anything...
so I was thinking If Id call USCIS what should I tell them? whats the status with my case? or why is it taking so long?...
... is it worth to call? or pointless?
on the website is still there at the soft touch (that wasnt notified by email or text) on 9/17
whats your suggestion?

make an infopass appointment instead.
Ive read somewhere that by having a lawyer involved in my case if I get an infopass by myself I can end up with RFE for my case... I think I read it here
Nobody wants to add anything? Id really like to call them... but I dont know really what to ask apart from the obvious "why is it so late?"...
