I130I have applied for I130 for my father on 22 April 2010. I am a USC and its beyond the 5 months time limit. So I put a service req last week. The LUD has changed last night and this morning with the same initial review.Do any one has the idea if u put a service req the LUD changes or i am getting close to a decision.Thanks
