Laws against minors caught at the borderMy fiance and i are trying to get everything started for her green card. She was caught once at the border with her parents at the age of 14 she is now 21. Do they keep minors records when they are caught at the border? If so i think that would affect us on applying for her green card through our marriage. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.
