Hi,
I need help. My wife (US Greencard holder) applied for a F2A Visa to bring me to US. After sending all the docs to USCIS, i recently noticed that the gender on my birth certificate is wrong (displays F instead of M). How do i go about this? Do i go to court and fix the problem and show it on my interview? Will it be a problem if they compare the one i sent before and the one i will show in the interview? Please advice.
Do i go to court and fix the problem and show it on my interview? Yes. Get a corrected BC and send a copy of it to USCIS ASAP, and bring the corrected one to the interview.
