Question about EAD

Quick question, I got my interview date letter today, but still no EAD.
Is that going to come later? I mean my interview is a month from today and I thought you get the EAD before you get your GC. Anyway, from the day I applied to the interview date, only took two months and a half, so that was quick, I expected it to last longer. Oh yeah, I applied through marriage to a USC.

Sometimes when the interview happens so fast, you dont get an EAD, you just directly get the GC soon after the interview.
I applied for my GC and EAD also through USC marriage on 8/10/10. Ive received my interview appointment for 10/26/10. Still waiting on my EAD as well.
