F1 to Immigrant visa
Hi,
My fiancйe is applying for F1 visa at the end of this year. In case if she is denied F1 then in future will it have any adverse affect while applying for the immigrant visa for her based on the marriage to US citizen?
Please advise. I will gretly appreciate your help.

If youre already a citizen and you have a date for your wedding, why doesnt she just get a K-1?
It will have no effect on the marriage case.
