I751 filling

I am new to forums. I will really appreciate if someone can advise me on filing I751.
When I received my Conditional GC my husband was studying and working part time .My mom sponsored me with I864. After I receved my conditional GC my income is $11000 in 2009 and my husband is still a student shown as dependent on my Tax of 2009. Do I need a sponsor again and send I864 along with my application? I have all the other required documents such as Lease,utility bills,bank statements,joint tax returns . Is it ok if the Citizens wifes (applicant)above income will help move the application.Please advise.

You dont need another I-864 for filing the I-751. Your income level is not relevant for I-751 approval.
