Please need help applying greencard for my brother and his family what forms should i file

I want to apply family based greencard for my brother(own brother) his kids are 2 and 5 yrs old.

Please need help, i have there birth certificates and passpost pictures and academic certificates etc.

What forms do i need to fill also i file application on my brothers behalf , his family(wife and two kids become derivative of the application is that right.)

Do i need there signatures on the application or not necessary.

Thank you all for the helpful info.

I presume you are a US citizen. Your brother falls under Family Preference 4th category and it is backlogged at least 11 years.
You will file I-130 for your brother and submit copies of your birth certificate AND your brothers birth certificate (both showing full names of your parents), copy of your US citizenship documentation. Passports and academic certificates are not needed.
When I-130 is approved and your application moves to the front of the long line (in around 11 years or so) USCIS will notify US consulate in your brothers country for further processing an immigrant visa for your brother and his family.

Thank you very much for the helpful response.
How about form I864, which is affidavit of support, do i need to file that as well.

And also do i need to send my brothers families birth certificates along with photos?

I heard my brothers family is going to be derivative of his application.

KIndly appreceate your response.
Thank you.

Thank you. The I-864 is many years off into the future when his priority date becomes current. The I-130 filing date will be his priority date and should be tracked on the Visa Bulletin. You can sign up for regular monthly e-mail updates for the Visa Bulletin.

Much can happen in a decade or so of waiting. His family may grow or shrink. When he goes into the Consular Processing phase, he will update the actual family composition at that time. IF you already have his kids and wifes B/C as well as his own M/C, you can get that into the file now but it is not required and can wait.

At this point you file ONE I-130 for your brother. As "preference" category beneficiary he is the principal and has derivatives.
