Hi,

I really need enlightenment. I just submitted my i130, i485 and i765 together in one packet yesterday. Its expected to arrive uscis Chicago office on oct 12. Now as I was viewing my duplicate copy today, I just noticed that on question no.21 of form i130, I have put our previous address. We just moved in to a studio apt last aug 16 and the question stated "last address you lived together". Was it supposed to be our current address then?

What should I do? Im kindda freaking out now coz I dont know what impact it will have on my application for adjustment of status. I got married to my us citizen husband in July and I just finished and submitted all paperwork only yesterday. Oli really thought everything is ok but then I guess I made a mistake on question no.21.

Please help me. Should I wait til they get back to me or should I take action by sending them a letter saying I just got confused of the question? All our other forms - G325a, i485, I765 and page 1 of i130, all have our current address. Only the address in question no. 21 is previous.

also, you havent mentioned either I-864 or I-693 (unless you consider them to be together with I-485...)
