Hello,
I have a question a little complex.
I have a green card, Im in the US and I marry a girl who is a foreigner and studies in the US.
She is gonna be able to apply for a Visa that allows her to stay in the US but not work.
Now, lets say she looks for a job and find an employer willing to hire her and to sponsor for a green card because she has a unique skill.
Can she apply for a Green card ?
Or does the fact that she is staying in the US while being the wife of a green card holder prevents her to apply for a green card on her own?
Thank you!
www.uscis.gov will help you.
You arent interested in being helped, you need someone with a shovel to feed you the information which you can read for yourself.

Man just get married and file I-130 for her, it is merely taking 10 months for a GC holder to get his/her spouse the GC, thanks to the lightning fast advancement in F2A category, which BTW will be your category.
AL Southner this info is not anywhere. I think you did not understand the question yourself because if you had you would think its complex too.
I think you are just someone with a small brain but thats ok with me. Im tolerant you know
