Longer than 3 months that you got your shots for your pending visa?

The doctor called us today to inform us that we needed to come into the office to get an "updated shot report" as USCIS is sending people back to get this if the shot was given 3 months or more causing people to have to wait for a second interview.

We got the shot back in June10, so we have to go get an updated, unsealed report to give to our interviewer even though they have the original sealed shot record.

Just thought I would give everyone a heads up

Sorry we got the shot back in April. The doctor called us today to inform us that we needed to come into the office to get an "updated shot report" as USCIS is sending people back to get this if the shot was given 3 months or more causing people to have to wait for a second interview.

Sounds fishy. The regulations allow it to be up to 12 months old when submitted with the I-485, and I havent seen anything about them reducing it to 3 months. Is the doctor going to charge you for the "updated shot report"?

Do you know of any examples of USCIS sending back people because the medical report is more than 3 months old? At the interview, did USCIS tell you to get an updated report? If not, then dont get it.

Sorry we got the shot back in April. You are being fleeced by that Dr.
