Check how many social security credits you have earned as if you earn more than I believe 42 in all your tax paying years, then you are exempt from having to provide an Affitavid of Support. But a lot of people dont know if you have goverment public assistants such as food stamps or TANF, then that exemption goes right out the door. Hope this helps!
