I did a concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, and I-131 for my mother.

The checks for I-130 and I-485 were cashed yesterday, but the one for I-131 has not been cashed yet.

Should I be worried? Did they lose the I-131 check? If so, will I at least get a RFE?

That check will be returned to you. If you had carefully read the filing instruction, you would have learned that forms such as I-131, 765 dont require any filing fee, the $1,010 filing fee for I-485 includes the processing of the both forms. No need to worry, just read the instruction carefully.

That puts my mind at ease. This wont put your mind at ease, just make sure once you receive the check from USCIS, you mail it directly to me. Nothing is free in this country...lol!!!
