when my father kept a file for her sister under f4 category she was unmarried but now she is marriedWell,my is typical case,when my father kept a file for there brothers and sisters ,one of the sister was unmarried,now when the file is opened she is married and has two children.the question is what should i do now as the file has opened only on her name along with that now her middle name has also been changed as everyone knows once girls get married in india they take there husbands name as middle name.any suggestion or answer will be greatly appreciated.thank you.
Who filed for who? Your father filed for his sister, or your sister? Is your father a US citizen?
Or did somebody else file for your father, and your sister is a derivative beneficiary?
