parents gc..birth certif. affidavit
Have a question,my parents are old and most of their surviving relatives r of their age or younger,will uscis accept a birrh certificate affidavit from a brother or sister of one or two yrs younger than them?please let me know if thats acceptable.elsr,what else can they do?they have a non availablity certificate and do need two affidavits but cant find an older relative to do it.please help.
