That depends on your district office but Id say month or two. If everything goes smooth the entire process takes around 4/5 months. Based on my personal experience I could say so. Filed for my wife April, 2010 this yr & wife received her GC in August, 2010. Sometimes RFE could take some extra times but luckily wifes case she only received one for her medical ( Not submitted with other application) & thats all.

Id say around a month after biometrics at most unless you get rfe.
Is there a way to know if the letter got lost during the mail or something though?
