Hi everybody ,
Im U.S resident ,My wife is Citizen she was born in US.My wife applied for my son and my daughter .everything passed through fine and U.S issued immigrant visa for both kids.my son was entered to the U.S on valid time but my daughter didnt use and her immigrant visa was expired (expired about 17 months ego) my daughter is under 21 (4 months less than 21)
How we can extend her previous visa?

She can apply for a new immigrant visa, but I dont know if theyll approve it so long after the original one expired.

Is your 20-year-old daughter also the biological daughter of your wife? If not, did you marry your wife before this daughter turned 18? If the answer is Yes to either question, and the new immigrant visa is denied, your wife can file a new I-130 before her 21st birthday so she can redo the green card process from scratch as an Immediate Relative, and she should be able to immigrate within the next 6-9 months.

Edit: if the immigrant visa is denied, it may be unnecessary to file a new I-130; I think a new medical and some other paperwork could be filed without needing a new I-130. Contact the consulate for details.

I have married with my current wife since 2006,so my daughter is not her biological kid.its not any reason to deny the case ,im looking for the shortest way ,not as a new case. Thanks

The shortest way is to apply for the immigrant visa to be re-issued.

The longer ways that I suggested were if the consulate refused to issue a new immigrant visa. If a new I-130 is required, it would have to be filed before she turns 21 so she can still qualify as an Immediate Relative and get a green card in 6-9 months instead of waiting 5 years in the 21 and older category.

Did she get an IR2 or CR2 visa, or was it a K2 visa?
